Christine Su, MSW
Program Associate
Christine became a part of the CAMI Health team in March 2022. As a Program Associate, she supports the development and implementation of a capacity strengthening fellowship program, CaSE, as part of USAID’s MATRIX project. Her experience as a global health practitioner has been cultivated by working in collaboration with local partners on programming for community health and youth development projects, behavioral change interventions, and capacity building for AIDS/HIV and Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health programs in Ukraine and Tanzania.
Christine holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in Community Organizing – Communities and Social Systems, where she did a focus on human rights, global health, and gender and received a Global Special Studies Award to Romania to explore the impact and intersection of gender, class, and race in accessing health and social services for the Roma population, which underscored her passion for how transdisciplinary perspectives and approaches should be taken to address complex health challenges and to create impactful and lasting change for global health equity.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with loved ones, cooking and baking, trying not to kill her plants, crafting, and exploring new places.
